MINNOWS

The Minnow Classroom is a mixed toddler/preschool classroom serving children between the ages of 24 months and 3 years and is led by two Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) certified teachers.

Designed to gently introduce children to a school setting, the Minnow Classroom focuses on building independence, confidence, daily routines, and self-help skills through hands-on learning and play. Children participate in circle time, music and movement, fine motor activities, story time, and creative play experiences that encourage curiosity and exploration.

In a nurturing and supportive environment, children begin developing important social-emotional and language skills while learning concepts such as sharing, cooperation, communication, and problem-solving. With a consistent routine and opportunities for meaningful play, the Minnow Classroom provides a strong foundation for future learning and helps prepare children for the Dolphin Classroom and beyond.
