DOLPHINS
The Dolphin Classroom serves up to 15 children ages 3–4 and is led by two Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) certified teachers.
Designed to foster growth and development through a playful, hands-on approach to learning, the Dolphin Classroom supports children as they continue building important social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills. The classroom environment encourages creativity, curiosity, and confidence while providing a nurturing and supportive space for children to learn and grow.
Children participate in imaginative play experiences such as role-playing, block building, arts and crafts, sensory activities, music, and interactive learning opportunities that help strengthen both social and cognitive development. Through books, rhymes, songs, and hands-on activities, children expand their vocabulary, practice listening skills, and begin developing early literacy concepts.
Our goal is for each child to leave the Dolphin Classroom as a confident, happy learner whose skills have grown throughout the year at a pace appropriate to their individual development, while feeling prepared and excited for the transition to the Starfish Classroom.
